The Recommendation 

1.   Annual meeting will be held. Each participating library will host the meeting based on the commitment achieved in the previous meeting. The next meeting will be held at  the Library of  Medical Faculty, Brawijaya University.

2.   An appropriate technical training will be held for library and IT staff.

3.   The NIHRD will develop website for Hellis Indonesia. The website will compile data from Hellis Participating Libraries. The Libraries already have their own website should share their information online and the NIHRD should provide directories to store the data. The others should send the data offline, and the NIHRD will entry the data into the website.

4.   Hellis Indonesia will coordinate users training program in order to make the utilization of information effective and efficient, and also to promote the library services.

5.   The NIHRD will facilitate online discussion forum for Hellis Participating Libraries.
